Created by a lady named Tapp, this is certainly not T'ai Chi or Yoga or Pilates.  But in our busy world, this silly looking T-Tapp is far easier to incorporate with the HCG diet, since vigorous exercise isn't recommended. This rather annoying lady talks a blue streak, but her fruity exercises are quick (once you get past her "I-want-to-strangle-her-immediately" presentation) and they really do raise your heart rate quickly. Let's look at some FAQ's about HCG

What is the difference between homeopathic hCG and hCG injections?
The hCG we sell is homeopathic. The way the homeopathic hCG is produced is by taking small amounts of the original strength hCG and making it into a sublingual mixture which is administered under the tongue. The homeopathic version is then taken 3 times a day to keep the amount of hCG in your body constant. We have many clients who have tried both versions, and report no differences between the two (other than no painful shots).

Do the sub-lingual hCG drops come pre-mixed?
Yes. It comes pre-mixed and ready to use.

How much weight can I expect to lose?
Weight loss varies between .5 pound and 3 pounds per day, with the average loss being 1-2 pounds per day.

Who can use the diet?
The treatment works for almost everyone, young, old, male, female. You can use hCG if your BMI value is not lower than 20. Always check with your doctor before beginning any new weight loss program. Do NOT use hCG if you are pregnant or nursing.

Are there any side effects with using hCG?
Very few experience slight headaches or dizziness for the first few days but this is extremely rare and mild. hCG has been used for weight loss for 50+ years, so there is plenty of evidence to back up its safety.

Is it healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a day with hCG?
While losing 1-2 pounds daily without the use of hCG would be unhealthy, the hCG in fact changes this. You lose fat and the weight loss comes directly from this fat loss and does not strip the body.

Can I continue the program for longer than 40 days?
The treatment should be stopped when either 34 lbs. have been lost or at 40 days of treatment. This is because some people may begin to show signs of hCG immunity.  After 40 days on HCG it takes about six weeks before this so called immunity is lost and hCG again becomes fully effective. Usually after about 40 days you may feel the onset of immunity as hunger which was previously absent.

Will I keep the weight off?
After the hCG diet, you will find your appetite has changed, your eating behavior will be changed and your body will of course, have changed. You will find a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body- from yoga, to 15 minutes a day cardio or whatever you enjoy that keeps your heart moving. With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat. Amongst the people who have tried this program, 75 to 90% have had hardly any or no difficulty keeping their new, ideal weight.

Why the 500 calorie diet?
hCG causes your hypothalamus to mobilize the fat out of the fat storage locations so that it is available for use. While you are only consuming 500 calories, your hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day. The result is your body using thousands of calories from fat from your body each day; this is the reason hCG dieters lose 1-2 pounds of fat or more, per day.

Wouldn’t I lose 1 to 2 pounds without hCG if I was eating only 500 calories?
If you attempted to lose weight by only eating 500 calories it would eventually back fire because your body would think that you were starving and would begin to store additional fat.

Will I be hungry on 500 calories a day?
It is common for mild hunger during the first few days, however this will pass and by the 2nd week. You will find even very tiny servings, to be completely satisfying.  This is partly due to your hypothalamus adjusting your metabolic rate, but largely due to the amount of calories circulating in your system from the fat being released. It is common that hCG dieters feel as though they are stuffing themselves in order to reach that 500 calorie limit.

What is the hypothalamus gland?
The hypothalamus gland moderates the thyroid, adrenals, fat storage, and more importantly, your metabolic rate.

What does homeopathic mean?
Homeopathy is the second most widely used medical system in the world. The United States has seen a great rise in popularity as more and more people turned to more natural forms of treatment. Homeopathy is effective, natural and safe without dangerous side effects.

How is the homeopathic hCG administered?
hCG is most effective when placed under your tongue. It comes in liquid form and the dropper is supplied with your hCG bottle, so there is no guess work in measuring.   Studies have shown that using 6 drops 6 times per day is the most effective dosing.

Will I lose more weight if I use the injections instead of the homeopathic hCG?

Personal Experience:

I used the oral HCG spray beginning on 010/01/2011 at 129 pounds and followed the diet exactly. On 10/29 I reached 114 pounds, a 15-pound weight loss in 29 days. The inches lost were the most impressive, with 5" in the bust (that will never disappear), 6.5" at the waistline. 3" in my back (a great relief) ,1.5" upper arm, 2" thighs and 3" hip fat.  Knees were .5 and calves were 3/4" .This is a total of about 22"  and 2+ dress sizes reduction. I was wearing size 8-10 and now wear 4-6. Yes, yes, I'm short as hell. 5" if I'm vibrating in the upper chakras. :-)

This is a fantastic diet program because  I was never tired for a second and lost only fat, no muscle.  I did saunas twice a week but didn't bother to exercise. I cut up the protein and separated greens into packets of the correct size only twice a week and had everything "at the ready" for ease and speed. Learned to do oilless cooking with a zillion spices and creative water-cooking, grilling or quickly cooking the protein at the last moment in all those reduced to a strong-spice covering after removing the vegetables (NOT OVERCOOKING THEM).  The motivations are plentiful, not the least of which is the rather consistent weight losses and awareness that the program gives about plateauing.
