Are Already Constructed
After years of being called kooks, we now know that there really are hundreds
of readied-FEMA camps throughout the United States. Seems like they are being made fully operational and ready to receive U.S. prisoners who disagree with the government. DETAINMENT CAMPS GO LIVE (Dec. 7, 2011). These concentration camps are supposedly staffed and manned by full-time guards, however, they are all empty. The camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) when Martial Law is implemented in the United States (at the stroke of a Presidential pen and the Attorney General's signature on a warrant). It could very well be true, but the confusions around who says what and for what reason stop us from really, really knowing the truth. But we pick our beliefs, and they surely vary, but remember the Japanese during WWII..... well-integrated citizens who were interred in camps, and they sure didn't expect it. Our German neighbors weren't taken from their homes, stripped of their businesses and made to feel like traitors !
You could take your pick where you want to read about these camps but this site is comprehensive and brief.
There are many other sites with good info on the preparation for halting a constitutional uprising, and we shall soon see if the freedom of dissent our forefathers tried to "institutionalize" through the Constitution will stand the test of time. Looks like the thought pattern of "conspiracy" has been programmed into the American public in order to stop us from understanding that we have a right, a duty, to stand up against tyranny when it presents itself as the rule of law.

The Amazing Story of Marine Corps General Smedley Butler
Smedley Darlington Butler[1] (July 30, 1881 – June 21, 1940) was a Major General in the U.S. Marine Corps, an outspoken critic of U.S. military adventurism, and at the time of his death the most decorated Marine in U.S. history.
In his 1935 book War is a Racket, he described the workings of the military-industrial complex and, after retiring from service, became a popular speaker at meetings organized by veterans, pacifists and church groups in the 1930s.
